Peerless Youth Development Team

With a vision to shape the future of football in Bengal, Peerless Sports Club proudly launched its Academy on 7th February 2025 in Howrah. The academy is designed to provide structured training, expert mentorship, and professional exposure, giving young footballers the platform they need to rise, shine, and make their mark. This is more than just a reserve team initiative, it's a mission to unearth and nurture raw talent, not only from Kolkata but also from the towns and villages across Bengal. The academy now fields three teams - Reserve, Under-17, and Under-15 and each with a squad of 25 players. That pathway is already bearing fruit as three players from the reserve team are now representing Peerless Sports Club in the Calcutta Football League 2026-27.
